1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the 99bb platform and its users. By registering an account on 99bb or using the platform, you fully agree to all the terms set out below.

- Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in their forfeiture and cancellation of associated balances.

- The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Passwords must not be shared with anyone.
- Operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
- Users must independently ensure that online betting is legally permitted in their jurisdiction.
2.1 Identity Verification
To maintain a safe environment, 99bb may request identity documents, proof of address, or other relevant documentation from any user at any time. Failure to provide documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of the account.
3. Account Management
3.1 Login Security
Use a strong password to protect your 99bb account. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential and to report any suspicious activity to the support team immediately.
3.2 Account Closure & Suspension
99bb may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Terms or fraudulent activity.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- Abuse of the bonus system or coordinated betting.
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
- At the user's own request — a user may voluntarily apply to close their account at any time.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
A separate inactivity policy may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period. Contact the support team for details.
4. Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals
99bb supports local payment methods in Bangladesh. All transaction limits are set out in the table below:

4.1 Deposit Terms
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits via third parties are not accepted.
- Any suspicious transaction may be held for review.
- If a deposit fails, notify support immediately — unauthorized chargebacks are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
- To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met (see Section 5 for details).
- Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Any withdrawal suspected of fraud may be held pending investigation.
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
99bb offers new users a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Some examples:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳10,000 in wagers — only then can winnings from the bonus be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may be claimed once per user.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
- Multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address are not permitted for claiming bonuses.
- 99bb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer.
- If wagering requirements are not met before a bonus offer expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
99bb is committed to maintaining a safe and fair environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Use of fraudulent software, bots, or automated systems.
- Coordinating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
- Any attempt to manipulate games or the betting system.
- Harassment or abusive behaviour toward other users.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
7. Betting & Gaming Rules
7.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is only considered valid once the system confirms it and deducts the amount from the account. 99bb is not liable for bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues.
7.2 Cricket & Sports Betting
Separate rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or incomplete event, decisions will be made in accordance with prevailing industry standards.
7.3 Casino Games
All casino games are operated according to the rules of their respective providers. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer system — this is impartial and verifiable.
7.4 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome or transaction, 99bb's decision shall be considered final. Contact the support team to raise a complaint.
8. VIP Program & Cashback
99bb operates a four-tier VIP program. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
